FAQ - Orders and Shipping

  • All our produces are shipped from Helsinki, Finland.

  • We currently only support Euros for displaying the prices, but we are looking into supporting other ones in the future.

  • Many orders imported into countries outside the European Union have duties, taxes, and other fees associated with them, that must be paid prior to or after receiving your goods. It is always best to check with your country's customs authority to find out what your responsibilities are when receiving goods purchased from overseas.

  • In general it will take 1-3 days for the order to ship. We do not ship on weekends, so orders placed after noon on Friday will be shipped the following week. Also please note that sometimes local holidays and things like weather conditions might cause delays.

  • Please contact us at support@mortalmodels.com. Include pictures that clearly display the damage to the product and packaging so that we can get this resolved as quickly as possible.

  • Please contact us at support@mortalmodels.com. Include as information about which parts are missing and we will get this resolved as quickly as possible.

  • You can initiate a return for an item 14 days after receiving.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
